Services include: fixing door frames, hanging door leaves, and installing locks, hinges, and door closers; laying stone (marble or engineered) window sills with edge polishing; and sticking wooden or PU moulding around windows.

We fill gaps between frames and openings with expanding foam for sound and thermal insulation; window sills are angled slightly to prevent water intrusion. For sliding doors/windows, we install tracks and anti-derailment stops. All joints are sealed with decorator caulk for a neat, anti-mould finish.

Though a smaller package, it critically impacts visual refinement. We re-measure openings before installation and adjust on-site if needed. A deposit (based on number of door sets) starts the service, and final settlement is according to actual units installed. Delivery standards include: silent door operation, no hollow sills, tight corner joints—providing a polished conclusion to your hard finishes.
