Creating a comprehensive beverage and service area in the dining room, including cabinet, countertop, and mini sink installation. Services include: levelling and fixing sideboards; installing stone or sintered countertops; reserving power for under-counter water dispensers or coffee machines; and fitting under-mount or top-mount mini sinks with drainage.

We install cup hanging rails, wine racks, and internal dividers for drawers. For ice makers or mini fridges, we provide ventilation clearances and anti-vibration feet. All appliance outlets have individual switches to avoid constant plugging/unplugging. Countertop edges are up-stand to prevent liquid spills.

Priced by linear metre and appliance count; a deposit precedes detailed water/power layout drawings. On delivery, we test sink drainage and appliance power. A well-appointed sideboard wet bar makes hosting and afternoon tea effortless.
