Wall covering includes sanding and painting with two coats of emulsion, or wallpaper/fabric pasting.

We handle details such as seamless transitions between flooring and thresholds, vertical corner angle alignment, and diamond-cut tiling around floor drains for efficient water flow. For walls, we strictly follow a primer-plus-two-topcoats process and offer test patches before full application. If wall panels are chosen, we build wooden battens and fix panels with clip systems.

This package is ideal for clients who want a complete surface makeover in one go. Before construction, we conduct water tightness tests and floor level checks to prevent future hollowing or cracking. A deposit of 30% of the contract value is required (final amount based on actual covering area and selected material price). After completion, we use a straightedge to verify floor evenness and ensure no trip hazards, and wall surfaces show no waviness.
