For duplex or loft residences, this package installs stair treads and balustrades. Services include: fixing wooden or metal treads (with anti-slip grooves or strips); mounting glass or metal balusters; and installing continuous handrails (wood, metal, or rope styles). We calibrate every step height for comfortable ascent/descent.

We prioritise balustrade rigidity; baluster spacing is strictly within code to prevent child head entrapment. Glass railings use laminated toughened glass with dedicated clamps. Wooden handrail joints employ tenon or finger-joint techniques, sanded smooth without sharp edges. Under-stair storage doors are also installed if needed.

This package involves structural safety; deposit is 40% for special part procurement. Post-installation, we perform lateral push tests to ensure no sway. We aim for stairs that are not only thoroughfares but also beautiful, secure architectural elements.
